The program

Who it’s for, how it runs and what you’ll get.

Inspire Athletes is for female athletes aged 13–18 who are committed to their sport at a competitive level and are aspiring to compete, or already compete, at state or national level. It’s also a great resource for parents of daughters navigating these challenges.

Eight weekly live online calls with a small group of up to 10 athletes, covering the nervous system, competition nerves, resilience, balancing sport and life, elite athlete mindset, recovery and nutrition, the menstrual cycle, and goal setting. Each week includes summary notes and a practical challenge.

Everything is delivered online via live group video calls, so you can join from anywhere.

One 60-minute call per week, plus around 20–30 minutes to complete the weekly challenge.

Calls are recorded and uploaded to your private course login page, so you won’t miss out if you can’t attend live.

Not at all. While Jemma’s background is in athletics, the mindset, resilience, nutrition and recovery principles apply to female athletes across any sport.

The program is designed specifically for female athletes aged 13–18.

This program suits athletes who are training consistently and competing at a competitive (not purely recreational) level, whether that’s local, state or national.

Inspire Athletes is mentorship, not therapy or technical coaching. Jemma has lived the exact challenges you’re facing, at the elite level, and shares what she’s learnt along the way. You’ll also connect with a small group of like-minded athletes.
